Following the Governor of Delaware’s Declaration of a State of an Emergency, as Modified (“the Order”) that all Non-Essential Businesses temporarily cease operations and all restaurants and other facilities that prepare and serve food cease on-premises consumption of food, we expect all Christiana Mall tenants to comply. The Mall’s interior common areas will cease operations, but we anticipate that food-use tenants may continue to operate for curbside takeout and delivery service, and public access to businesses, which are Necessary Retail and Services Establishments located in the Mall interior, will be permitted. The Mall Walker Program is temporary suspended.
The Order defines Essential Businesses and is linked here: https://governor.delaware.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/24/2020/03/Fifth-Modification-to-State-of-Emergency-03222020.pdf
